Service Delivery

GoldKhata is software delivered entirely over the internet. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses involved.
1. What you receive, and when
When you start a trial or complete a payment, we set up your firm's own system at your chosen address (for example yourfirm.goldkhata.com). Provisioning is automatic and normally completes within a few minutes. Your login details are sent to the WhatsApp number and/or email you provided during signup.
2. If your login does not arrive
If you have paid and your login has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact us with your payment reference on WhatsApp at +91 88048 88883 or by email at support@goldkhata.com. We will either complete the setup immediately or refund the payment in full under our Refund Policy.
3. Onboarding
Free onboarding (register migration and staff training) is scheduled with you on WhatsApp after your system is provisioned — usually within 1–2 working days, at a time that suits your counter.
