Refund & Cancellation

Our approach is simple: try GoldKhata fully before you pay a rupee, and if you ever leave, your data leaves with you.
1. Try before you pay
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full features — no payment details needed. You subscribe only after you have run real loans in it and decided it fits your firm.
2. Subscription fees
Because you trial the full product first, subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid period (monthly or yearly) starts.
The exceptions: if you are charged twice for the same period, or money is deducted but your subscription is not activated, we refund the full amount within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel any time — just tell us on WhatsApp or email. There is no cancellation charge. Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account becomes read-only: every record stays visible and the full Excel export keeps working.
4. WhatsApp setup charge
The one-time ₹999 WhatsApp integration charge is refundable only if we have not yet started the integration work. Once work on connecting your Meta WhatsApp Business account begins, it is non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
Write to support@goldkhata.com with your firm name and the payment reference, or message us through the contact page. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
