Privacy Policy

• Firm details — firm name, address and any licence details you choose to add.
• Contact details of the owner and staff — name, phone number, email.
• The loan records your firm enters — customers, pledged items, payments and interest. This data is entered by your firm, belongs to your firm, and we store and process it only to run the service for you.

Each firm's data lives in its own isolated database — your records are never mixed with another firm's. Every database is backed up nightly, and backups are encrypted.

• We never sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
• We never share your records with advertisers or other firms.
• Our team looks at your data only to help you when you ask for support, and only as much as needed to fix the issue.

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card or UPI details go directly to Razorpay — we never see them and never store them.

Receipts, reminders and broadcasts are sent through your firm's own Meta WhatsApp Business account. The messages go out in your firm's name, and Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to their delivery.

Write to us and we will delete your firm's account and data. We will offer you a full Excel export first, so a complete copy stays in your own hands. Backup copies are removed as part of the normal backup cycle.
