What gold loan software actually costs in India
Gold loan and girvi software in India is sold two ways. Subscription products run roughly ₹3,600 to ₹12,000 per year for a single counter. Traditional licensed products charge a one-time fee of ₹8,000 to ₹35,000, usually plus an annual maintenance charge. Most vendors do not publish a price at all — you have to request a quote.
Every figure on this page was read directly from the vendor's own website on 8 August 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a price, this page says so rather than estimating one.

Most vendors do not publish anything
This is the honest state of the market, and it is measurable. On Techjockey's gold loan software category page (checked 8 August 2026), the label “Price On Request” appears 22 times and exactly one rupee figure is visible across the whole listing.
The same is true higher up the market. The enterprise platforms that dominate Google's results for this phrase — AllCloud, Servosys, Nelito and Roopya — are built for banks and NBFCs rather than single-counter firms, and none of the four published a rupee price on their own website when we checked (11 August 2026). If you run a pawnbroking counter, their quotes are for a different product category altogether.
Several established products — including FinAcc, Online Munim, Gehna ERP, Girvi Management and Jwelly — do not show a price on their own websites either. We looked, on the date above, and could not find one. That is not a criticism of those products; a quote-based model is a legitimate way to sell software, particularly where the setup work varies a lot between firms. But it does mean you cannot compare the market without making several phone calls, and it is why the numbers above are the ones we can stand behind.
If you are gathering quotes, ask each vendor the same four questions: the one-time fee, the annual maintenance charge, whether the price is per branch or per user, and what happens to your data if you stop paying.
One-time licence or monthly subscription?
One-time licence
Pay ₹8,000–₹35,000 once, then an annual maintenance charge. Feels cheaper in year three. Ask what the maintenance charge actually covers, whether it is optional, and what version you are left on if you stop paying it — a licence you cannot update is a problem when a statutory format changes.
Monthly subscription
Pay ₹300–₹1,000 a month, updates included, and you can stop. Costs more over many years, but you are not committed before you know the software fits. Ask whether you can export everything if you leave — that is what makes stopping a real option rather than a theoretical one.
What else costs money
- Setup or implementation fee — Often a separate one-time charge on top of the licence. Ask whether it is waived.
- Register migration — Getting your running loans in from paper or Excel. Some vendors charge per record.
- Per-branch or per-user pricing — A price that looks low can multiply. Confirm what the number is actually per.
- WhatsApp or SMS charges — Messaging usually costs extra, and the per-message rate is set by Meta, not the vendor.
- Annual maintenance (AMC) — Typically 15–20% of the licence on one-time products. Ask if it is compulsory.
